RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

I. SHIPMENT POLICY:

1. SUBJECTS OF APPLICATION

  • All customers shopping at MORI's online stores (website: www.mori.vn and fanpage https://www.facebook.com/www.mori.vn)

2. DETAILED CONTENT

  • Delivery within 24 hours for orders placed via website and fanpage in the inner city area of Ho Chi Minh City
  • Receive delivery from Monday - Friday in the inner city area of Ho Chi Minh City
  • Minimum order value for delivery: unlimited

3.SHIPMENT FEE

  • Area in Ho Chi Minh City: delivery through technology apps: GRAB/ BE/ AHA MOVE..
  • Other provinces: delivery through intermediary shipping units: Economy delivery, Viettel....
  • The price list applies according to the current price on the app.

II. RETURN POLICY

1. RETURN SUPPORTED CASES

Customers need to check the status of the goods and can exchange/return the goods right at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

  1. The goods do not match the type or design in the order placed or on the website at the time of ordering.
  2. Not enough quantity in the order.
  3. The product has poor quality or is damaged due to manufacturer's error.
  4. The product does not guarantee the committed quality.
  5. The product shows signs of being used or expired at the time of receipt.
  6. Products are damaged or have reduced quality during transportation to customers such as torn packaging, breakage... (Only applicable to online and website orders, not applicable to direct purchases at the store)

RETURN CONDITIONS

Products are eligible for return when they meet the following conditions:

  • Have purchase invoice and VAT invoice (if any).
  • The product has intact stamps and packaging labels (for packaged goods) and has not been used.
  • Return the goods to MORI when making a return.
  • Not applicable to products purchased during discounts or promotions.
  • Each product can only be returned (01) time.

NOTE: 

- Purchased products will be exchanged for products of the same type.

- In case the same product is out of stock, you can exchange for another product of equivalent value.

3. REGULATIONS ON NOTIFICATION TIME AND CHANNEL FOR RECEIVING RETURNED PRODUCTS

  • Return notification time: within 48 hours of receiving the product in case the product is missing accessories, gifts, or is broken.
  • Product return location: Customers can bring goods directly to our office/store Or send them by post.
